What are the most common signs and symptoms of Cold Agglutinin Disease?

The disease course of Cold Agglutinin Disease is unpredictable and presents with an array of signs and symptoms that vary for every patient. Some of the most common signs and symptoms of CAD are1-3:

  • Hemolytic anemia
  • Shortness of breath
  • Jaundice
  • Fatigue
  • Dark urine
  • Cold-induced acrocyanosis
